To commemorate the sweat, tears, and blood (yes, actual blood) artist Erik Otto poured into his exhibit “Rising Tides”, designer Ben Biondo and I teamed up to create a limited edition printed poster. Featuring a few images I shot with Erik in his space in SF over the course of a couple days, the print is meant to honor Erik’s intentions with “Rising Tides” in celebrating creativity and imagination, not to mention promote an incredibly passionate artist and friend.
You can get in on that printed goodness preorder here: http://collin-hughes.com/store/risingtidespromo
Sized 18x22in. Limited to 50 prints, so go get one quick.
Peace and Love folks!
I spent a few days in SF last week with artist Erik Otto while he preps for his next exhibit called “Rising Tides”, a one night event produced in partnership with VSCO’s Artist Initiative. You can read more about the event on Sept 25th and RSVP for it here: http://vsco.it/risingtides
I’m super stoked for Erik as it’s his hometown and first show back in the US since moving back from Mexico City late last year. It was an honor and inspiration to watch him paint and create in his Mission studio.
I’ll be showcasing more work from this after the event next week.
In the spirit of #nyfw, a few shots from a roll last January at the All Saints FW14 presentation.
